A Reader's Rite Aid Haul: Paid $3.19 for $28.19 worth of Items (Saved 87%!)

Kristen did great yesterday at Rite Aid & I wanted to share her haul!  She proves how shopping at a drugstore can score you free or almost free things (including diapers!) AND give you 'money' back to use on future purchases!!

What She Bought:
  • Bought 2 jumbo packs of Huggies, $20
    • Used (2) $3 off Huggies coupons (any size) from sharing Huggies on Facebook
  • 2 Oral B toothbrushes, $5.98
    • Used (2) $1.50 off Oral B Cross Action toothbrush coupons
  • Also used $3 off $15 Rite Aid survey coupon found on receipt
  • Subtotal before coupons: $28.19 including tax of 8.5%
  • Total after coupons: $13.98
  • Used $13 +UP Rewards she had from previous week(s)
  • Final Cost Out of Pocket= $3.19 ($0.98 for purchase + $2.21 tax)!!
  • Got Back= $9 worth of +UP Rewards to use on future purchases!!
Which means, she basically got all of that for FREE AND made 'money' to use in the future at Rite Aid! Kristen did a great job scoring much needed items for free & is generously donating her items to her church's pregnancy crisis center, Mary's Haven.

I hope this inspires you to take the plunge & start trying your hand at couponing at drugstores!!

Enjoy!

Thanks for sharing Kristen!!
