It's Time To Thaw Your Turkey!

Don't forget, it's time to put your frozen turkey in the refrigerator if you want it to be thawed by Thanksgiving!

When thawing a turkey there are several things to take into account. In general, you will need 24 hours for every 5 pounds of turkey you are thawing! For example, if you are thawing a 16 pound turkey, you will need 3-4 days. Or, if you have a smaller 8 pound turkey, you will need 1-2 days.
