Well, I'm finally back everyone! I know I disappeared for awhile, but there's only so many things you can accomplish with the rush of the holidays all around...and sadly, blogging just wasn't one of them.
However, I hope all of you had a very Merry Christmas & were able to enjoy some quality family time. My daughter, Piper, truly enjoyed Christmas this year (her second)! Although, let's be honest, she almost had more fun with the wrapping paper & boxes than the actual presents inside.
I am very happy with the number of deals I got this year & I can't fathom why anyone would want to pay full price for Christmas!
Here's a list (off the top of my head) of gifts I got & the deals I got on them:

This is a picture of the other toys I grabbed in July at Target's huge toy clearance. Overall, I spent $65 & got over $300 worth of toys that day! All of these toys were things I gave to either my daughter or other children in our family for Christmas.
Of course, I don't have pictures of everything but this gives you a good idea of how our holiday budget went. Overall, we spent much less this year than we have in years past & yet, we didn't notice a decrease in the number or quality of gifts. I truly believe it pays to plan ahead, shop ahead & always keep your eyes open for great deals!
Again, I hope you & your family had the merriest of holidays & are looking forward to ringing in 2012!
