Here's another easy & tasty Fall snack option! This recipe comes from Amanda over at A Few Shortcuts & is perfect for little ones that want a Halloween treat but don't need to eat a ton of candy.

What You'll Need To Make Halloween Popcorn Balls:

  • 6-8 cups Popcorn
  • 1 bag marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup candy corn
  • 2 TBSP Butter or Margarine
  • Food coloring (optional)

Directions:
  • Pop 2 bags of popcorn (lightly salted)
  • Place the bag of marshmallows and butter in a large Microwaeable bowl.
  • Add Food Coloring if desired (any color)
  • Microwave on High for 1 minute.
  • Stir and then return to the microwave in 30 second increments until the marshmallows are melted.
  • Use a BIG bowl & place the popcorn inside.
  • Then pour the marshmallow mixture over the corn and stir.
  • Add the Candy Corn.
  • Then butter your hands or spray them with cooking spray.
  • Grab handfuls of the mixture and shape them into balls.
  • Place them on a wax paper lined cookie sheet.
  • Store in air tight bags.
  • This recipe makes about 9 popcorn balls
Easy enough!
Enjoy!

Thanks, Amanda!
